What we do

Insurance Claim Support, in full.

When a property takes damage, the difference between a smooth claim and a fight is documentation. As an IICRC-certified, Xactimate-licensed contractor, we photograph, measure, and scope your loss to insurer standard and produce the estimate that puts the real cost of repair in front of your adjuster. We handle the documentation and the estimate — the parts a builder does best.

Loss documentation

Full photo and moisture documentation of the damage, organized to the standard adjusters expect.

Insurer-grade estimate

A complete Xactimate estimate of the repair scope, so the claim reflects what the work actually costs.

Repair, done right

Because we also do the restoration, the estimate and the rebuild come from the same team — nothing lost in translation.

We provide documentation and estimating only. We do not negotiate, dispute, or settle claims on your behalf — that is licensed public-adjusting work. If you need that, we will point you to a licensed public adjuster.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this the same as a public adjuster?

No. A public adjuster negotiates your settlement for a fee. We document the damage and write the repair estimate. Different job, and we stay on the right side of it.

Do you work with my insurance company?

We give you and your adjuster an accurate, defensible estimate. We do not represent you against your carrier.

What if it becomes a rebuild?

Then you already have the team that scoped it. We do the restoration too.
