What we do

Permit Processing, in full.

King County and city permitting is slow, particular, and full of ways to lose weeks. We prepare and submit permit applications on your behalf and work the jurisdiction through corrections until it issues — so you keep crews working instead of refreshing a portal.

Permit package prep

We assemble the application, forms, and the drawings the jurisdiction requires — within licensed-design limits, coordinating an architect or engineer stamp when the project needs one.

Submission & tracking

Electronic submission to King County DLS or the applicable city, with the review tracked so nothing stalls silently.

Corrections management

We answer the reviewer’s correction requests and manage the back-and-forth to issuance.

Drawings that exceed Washington’s unlicensed-design thresholds (larger commercial, multifamily over 4 units, or structural/life-safety work) require a licensed architect or engineer stamp. We coordinate that; we do not stamp.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you guarantee approval?

No one can. We prepare it right, submit it, and work every correction — which is how you avoid the avoidable delays.

Can you pull the permit for my own crew?

Yes — permit processing is available on its own, or bundled with a consult or a build.
